Triathletes with a swimming-specific goal
Technique and endurance develop in a way that fits the load from cycling and running.
SWIMMING COACHING
Swimming coaching is the sporting training path. Front-crawl and video services are separate technique options when you want to see and change a specific movement.

Technique level, target distance and available pool time determine which priorities should come first.
Technique and endurance develop in a way that fits the load from cycling and running.
A clear path connects feel for the water, clean movement and longer sustainable sets.
Start, sighting, rhythm and race distance determine the priorities.
CSS and RPE give direction; body position, breathing and movement quality determine whether the target is executed cleanly.
More metres help only when the central movement remains controlled and repeatable.
Technique elements are not isolated; they are transferred into one fluid overall style.
Intense and long swim sessions are coordinated with the other training stress in the week.
An example week with five swim sessions. The actual week follows your goal, training status and everyday life; guidance uses Critical Swim Speed (CSS), pace relative to CSS and RPE.
| Day | Focus | Specific example |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | Rest day | Rest day. Short mobility is optional; no swim and no additional training load. |
| Tuesday | Technique and body position | Swim: about 60 min with drills, 10 × 50 m clean front crawl and full recovery. Guided by technique quality and RPE 2–3/10. |
| Wednesday | CSS intervals | Swim: about 60 min with 12 × 100 m at individual CSS pace and 15–20 sec rest. Supported by RPE 7/10. |
| Thursday | Easy aerobic endurance | Swim: about 50–60 min steady at roughly CSS plus 10–15 sec per 100 m. Supported by RPE 3/10. |
| Friday | Recovery and mobility | No swim. 20–30 min of easy shoulder, thoracic-spine and trunk mobility is optional. |
| Saturday | Longer aerobic sets | Swim: about 75 min with 3 × 600 m at roughly CSS plus 5–10 sec per 100 m and 30 sec rest. Guided by CSS and RPE 4–5/10. |
| Sunday | Tempo and race rhythm | Swim: about 60 min with 16 × 50 m alternating brisk and easy. Brisk sections follow CSS or RPE 6–7/10 while technique remains clean. |

A water-suitable radio headset delivers my technique cues while you swim, so you can apply corrections immediately instead of waiting until the end of the length.
A sporting training path for technique, feel for the water, endurance, threshold work and integration into an overall goal.
Swimming coaching structures your training. Front-crawl services solve one specific technique question in one session, a block or a group.
CSS is a practical estimate of swimming threshold pace. A 400 m and 200 m test are swum evenly under comparable conditions, and pace per 100 m is calculated from the time difference. The result starts the training-zone calculation and is checked against technique, RPE and training history.
When a specific movement needs to be made visible, discussed and changed through an individual correction plan.
An approximately 60-minute compact technique recording with corrections and general drills through the underwater radio headset. You receive the footage afterwards without analysis, debrief or final report.
