How does instruction through the underwater headset work?

A water-compatible radio headset lets you hear my technique cues while swimming. You can apply the correction immediately instead of waiting until you reach the pool edge.

What is the difference between Quick Check and Video Analysis Pro?

Both formats include up to six above- and underwater perspectives plus on-site corrections and general drills through the underwater radio headset. Quick Check provides the footage afterwards without analysis or debrief. Video Analysis Pro adds a detailed online analysis, slow motion, annotations, specific drills and a final report.

Which underwater recordings are included?

Quick Check and Video Analysis Pro each include up to six above- and underwater perspectives. In Pro, these form the basis of the detailed online analysis.

Which documents and drills do I receive?

Quick Check includes general drills and on-site corrections plus the footage. Pro adds a detailed online analysis, specific drills for continued training and a comprehensive final report.

When is video analysis useful?

When you want to see and understand a specific movement and change it with a clear correction plan.
